The day I realized that real estate professionals needed my help was the day VA Contact Corp. was established. I love being in business for myself, just like you as a realtor.  And just like you, I have experienced the challenges and obstacles that occur because we are in business for ourselves.  There is one common theme I discovered when I operated and managed previous businesses.  When my focus was immersed on servicing my clients, profits went up but so did the paper pile, backlog occurred.  Don’t get me wrong, I’m very experienced in the organization of business and I enjoy doing all the ‘behind the scenes work’ but increasing profits was where I needed to spend my energy and so should you.  The realization that ‘I can’t do everything’ and “I need help”! would always come into play.

Ok, I got it!  But how the heck was I going to find someone to help me?   In my perfect world, I would want someone only when I needed them and they would know what to do.  Updating my website, add contacts in my database, doing various internet research or just filling out an online order.  I didn’t have the time to train them!  Plus, I’ll be honest, I didn’t want to increase my payroll costs just because I’d have to hire a part-time person, who has to work a minimum of hours per day.  Nor did I favour finding the office space to put them in or buying another computer just to accommodate this help.  

While I work for any small business, my passion is helping Realtors.  YOU have a passion to help consumers buy and sell real estate.  YOU need to focus on connecting with prospects and leads from all your mediums.  YOU must stay on top of your game to stand out from the rest.
